Refund Policy
Introduction
At Oculis, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 7-day exchange policy for size only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a size exchange.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for a different product or color.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

It must include all original tags and packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Note: Purchases made during promotional sales or using promo codes are final and not eligible for exchange or return.
How to Request an Exchange
To start an exchange, email us at contact@shopoculis.com with your order details and size issue.
If your exchange is approved, we’ll send you the return shipping instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To process your request, clear photos and a short video of the damaged or defective product are mandatory.
We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item.
If the exchange is approved — whether for size or a damaged/defective product — we’ll process the replacement and share the new tracking details with you.
Please note, no refunds are issued; only approved exchanges will be processed.
If Your Order Is Not Received
If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe:

Check the tracking details sent to your email or SMS for delivery updates.

If the tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the courier company first to verify delivery status.

If the issue remains unresolved, email us at contact@shopoculis.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We’ll coordinate with the courier to investigate and update you.

Replacements or refunds for undelivered orders will be issued only after official confirmation from the courier that the parcel was lost in transit.
