Refund Policy
Introduction
We have a 7-day exchange policy for size only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a size exchange. We do not accept any returns or exchange of one product for another. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All the sale made during any promotion period is final. There is no return or no exchange for sales made during any promotion period. Sales made used any promo code is not eligible for exchange.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at contact@shopoculis.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any exchange questions at contact@shopoculis.com.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to exchange the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note, refunds for clothing products typically take 5–7 business days to process, depending on your bank or credit card company.
